Workshop Learning Objectives:
At the end of the session, participants will be able to adapt and apply two downloadable one-page project management tools to their own research:
- A work breakdown structure (WBS) to establish a common and complete understanding of the scope of research projects, programs, portfolios, or centres
- A tracking sheet for light-touch monitoring and control during implementation
Participants will also be provided with a brief overview of additional project management tools that are often helpful
