UseCaseConf aims to share transformation experiences in the way complex organizations develop and manage their IT. Without focusing on specific technologies, we aim to understand the principles, paths, and practices that have been adopted, highlighting what has been successful and what has not. There are already conferences and resources that provide detailed descriptions of how specific technologies, frameworks, or software work. The intent of UseCaseConf is instead to share transformation and technology adoption experiences.
