Executive Leader Cohort (EdEx) is our ten-month, cross-school program for leaders in managing, director, head, and chief-level roles and accomplished principals who have the potential to transition into executive-level leadership in the next 1-3 years. EdEx develops high-performing and diverse systems leaders with the key skills and competencies needed to lead strong teams in chief-level executive roles. Activities include: -6.5 days of sessions over 10 months -3 1:1 coaching sessions -1 core assignment to drive objectives and key results over the year at the systems level
