The Study Melbourne Leadership Labs Connect 2024 series provided international students with leadership development, networking opportunities, and practical skills to enhance their employability. Through a combination of three leadership skills webinars, an online networking event for regional students, and an in-person networking event in Melbourne, the program connected students with 208 participants who built meaningful connections, improved their confidence, and gained valuable insights from industry experts. The program fostered both online and in-person engagement, preparing students for future leadership roles and career success.
