To receive the certificate, the learner has completed all of the course’s structured online modules, each of which focuses on a key stage of cross‑border project development. These modules require engagement with core learning materials, practical tools, and structured activities, and together represent a significant time commitment over the duration of the course. In addition to completing the online learning, the learner has actively participated in the programme’s live, online facilitated sessions. These sessions are designed to deepen understanding, encourage peer learning, and support the practical application of course content. To qualify for the certificate, the learner has attended at least five out of six of these facilitated sessions. Through this combination of self‑directed learning and live participation, the certificate holder has shown that they understand the principles of effective cross‑border cooperation, have engaged with real‑world project challenges, and are equipped to contribute to or lead cross‑border initiatives built on strong, sustainable partnerships.
