This e-badge is awarded to participants who successfully completed a three-day Board Governance training program, designed to provide essential governance skills for nonprofit boards. Through interactive sessions and real-world case studies, participants explored the fundamentals of board governance, governance models, financial oversight, conflict of Interest and risk management. They engaged in decision-making exercises, analyzed governance best practices, and learned how to serve as effective and responsible board members.
