This workshop provides an introduction to the assessment and treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), with an emphasis on recognizing common symptom presentations and understanding the principles of Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Participants will explore the OCD cycle, diagnostic considerations, common clinical challenges, and evidence-informed strategies for developing effective treatment plans. Through case examples and practical discussion, attendees will gain foundational knowledge to increase confidence in identifying and working with clients experiencing OCD.
