Description

Holders of this credential have completed an end-to-end business analysis simulation covering the full delivery lifecycle, from initiation through to benefits realisation. The programme is structured across seven phases: Kick Off, Initiation, Planning, Design, Delivery, UAT, and Benefits Realisation. To earn this credential, recipients completed over 40 real-world BA artefacts, passed phase-based knowledge assessments with a minimum required score, and submitted practical deliverables reviewed by a practising Senior Business Analyst against professional standards. The simulation is based on a digital transformation project (multi-factor authentication implementation) reflecting the complexity, stakeholder dynamics, and delivery pressures BAs encounter in industry. Recipients have demonstrated the ability to define business problems and scope, engage stakeholders across functions, conduct current state discovery, elicit and manage requirements, translate requirements into solution design, support delivery and UAT, and measure benefits post-implementation.
