Power Grid Business Simulation Games was a Management Development program organized for employees and staff members of Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, all across the country. The objective of the program shall be to enhance managerial ability, develop cross-functional understanding and improve business productivity among staff members at Power Grid.

To participate in the challenge, staff members were invited to form a team of 3 – 4 members and register. In a multi – round competition format, performance of teams was assessed under complex business scenarios and in a competitive environment. Through the competition, best 8 Teams from the company have been nominated for participation in GMC India National Finals and finally the winner of National Finals will be nominated for participation in GMC World Finals and represent India.
