This beginner-friendly, in-person session explored what AI is (and isn’t), how it works, and where it can add value across administration, marketing, and operations. The session also covered responsible AI use, including privacy and data security. Tools used were ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot.
