The trainer contributed to the delivery of a training that introduced the DIGITMAK service portfolio, the client engagement process and the Test-Before-Invest pathway, with particular focus on the Digital Maturity Assessment as a practical tool for guiding clients through service planning. The training covered the assessment's lifecycle, including baseline and follow-up measurements over time, the platform used to conduct it, and its six dimensions: digital business strategy, digital readiness, human-centric digitalisation, data management, automation and artificial intelligence (or interoperability for public sector organisations), and green digitalisation. Through a group exercise, participants worked on designing a training session around the assessment, covering guided completion, evidence-based validation of responses, avoiding common scoring errors, and interpreting and benchmarking results. The training also addressed how identified gaps can be translated into a roadmap linked to relevant services, and the advisor's role in managing client follow-up, assessment quality and referrals.
