This badge certifies the successful completion of the Introduction to Sustainability training delivered by the Internal Staff Learning Taskforce. The training covered key sustainability concepts, including ESG principles, the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and the green economy, as well as how these relate to EFE’s 2030 Strategy. Participants explored EFE’s three Sustainability Strategy pillars, Green Programming, Green Thought Leadership, and Sustainable Organizational Practices, and examined practical approaches to integrating environmental stewardship, advancing green skills, supporting youth economic opportunities, and adapting sustainable solutions to regional contexts.
