Description

The holder of this badge completed Leading Change Without Causing Harm, a one-day, in-person program (7 contact hours) delivered by Trident Psychology, and was assessed as meeting the program standard through an applied group assessment. The program equips change, HR, and WHS practitioners to identify, assess, and control the psychosocial hazards that organisational change creates, from planning through to delivery. It uses the Trident Psychosocial Change Model and its four work states (done, prescribed, changed, and in transition), and is aligned with Safe Work Australia's model Code of Practice: Managing psychosocial hazards at work and ISO 45003. Facilitated and assessed by an AHPRA-registered Endorsed Organisational Psychologist. Hours may be claimed as CPD under each professional body's self-recorded rules.
