Participants in the Nonprofit Builder Training Program engaged in an intensive learning journey, including expert-led workshops, interactive group sessions, and hands-on activities. To earn their certificates, recipients demonstrated full attendance (3-4/4 sessions), actively participated in discussions, and provided valuable feedback through final surveys. The program was designed to enhance skills in key areas like leadership, strategy, communications, fundraising, MEL, and organizational capacity. Recipients have gained actionable tools and insights to strengthen their nonprofit’s impact and sustainability, making them well-equipped to drive positive change in their communities.
