LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
The Diversity and Belonging Pathway is designed for individuals dedicated to fostering diversity, advancing equity, and creating a strong sense of belonging within their communities. Participants will develop the skills and knowledge necessary to promote inclusive, equitable, and culturally competent leadership.

REQUIREMENTS:
While working to complete level one, participants will have:

  • Completed two DEB-focused Level 1 workshops or trainings
  • Completed the CTTL Winter Webinar Workshop
  • Completed a DEB-related FOLIO goal
  • Demonstrated evidence of knowledge of Level 1 of the Diversity and Belonging pathway
