This badge holder is recognised by auticon as having foundational awareness of neurodiversity in the workplace. They understand the strengths neurodivergent colleagues bring and workplace barriers that can prevent them from thriving.
The individual has learnt about shared experiences of neurodivergence, as well as unique neurotraits of autism, ADHD, and dyslexia. With this knowledge, they can identify ways of working neuroinclusively so that they, as an individual, can contribute to creating a neuroinclusive workplace.
