This certification is awarded to individuals who have completed [**The NoW of Work**](https://www.nowofwork.com/ai-adoption)'s **AI Essentials** program, a foundational, cohort-based experience focused on responsible and scalable AI adoption. Over the course of the program, participants develop core capabilities to support effective AI use within their organization, including governance, readiness, and practical application. The program covers defining AI principles and objectives, building organizational readiness, identifying and prioritizing high-value AI use cases, and evaluating and procuring AI tools responsibly. Participants also gain hands-on experience applying generative AI through prompting and real-world use cases, explore applications of AI in brand and marketing, and develop a practical 12-month AI roadmap to guide ongoing adoption. The program concludes with exposure to current and emerging global AI trends. This certification signifies foundational competency in contributing to safe, strategic, and value-driven AI adoption within an organization.
