The Skills for Hire Atlantic – Cybersecurity (Growth Edition) certificate recognizes learners who have demonstrated intermediate-level competency in modern cybersecurity practices, including cloud security, network defense, identity management, and incident response.
Through hands-on labs, technical coursework, and a capstone project, learners develop the ability to analyze security risks, investigate network activity, perform vulnerability assessments, and respond to security incidents using industry-relevant tools and methodologies. The program emphasizes applied problem-solving, real-world security scenarios, and the ability to communicate technical findings to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Participants complete an intensive 8-week program combining self-directed technical learning, quizzes, applied assignments, Teaching Assistant sessions, and a final capstone project simulating a real-world security assessment.
