Assignment
Debrief a friend, colleague or family member's intrivity assessment. Review their results as if they are working in a diverse team. Write a one-page reflection on your debriefing experience. Explain in detail one aspect of the profile that you explored in depth. How did you choose what to explore? What surprising and useful insights did your client find? How were you as a trainer able to help your client interpret this insight? How did you help your client plan to apply their new knowledge?
