Hosted at Oglala Lakota College in collaboration with MS-CC, ESIIL, and Daear Consulting for a hands-on hackathon using Earth observation data to support Tribal climate resilience and Indigenous data sovereignty. Participants learned to build satellite-based data cubes for the Pine Ridge Reservation using open-source tools, create community-driven land and climate projects, and apply key data governance principles (OCAP®, CARE, and FAIR).
