Description

This one-day course focuses on the fundamentals of Hazardous Area Classification (HAC), also known as Electrical Area Classification (EAC). The objective of a HAC analysis is to minimize uncontrolled ignition of flammable or combustible material in air by electrical equipment or hot surfaces, that could lead to fires or explosions resulting in possible equipment and property damage, as well as potential loss of life.
