This credential recognizes successful completion of the Hybrid Academia–Industry Internship via Virtual Engagement (HAIVE) program. HAIVE is a paid, project-based internship that connects interdisciplinary student teams from multiple universities with industry managers and academic mentors to work on real-world challenges in Risk Management and Insurance over a 16-week academic term. Participants collaborate in a hybrid learning environment, applying analytical, risk-based, and professional skills to deliver evaluated outcomes. Teams of interns present selected project findings through immersive Virtual Reality.
