This certification recognizes completion of the ROI Estimator Certification Workshop offered by Creating Open Space, demonstrating competency in administering, interpreting, and communicating ROI Estimator results. The ROI Estimator, developed by Dr. Carylynn Larson, Ph.D., PCC, estimates the financial impact of coaching engagements, leadership programs, and other workforce initiatives across 13 domains of impact, drawing on Utility Analysis and Phillips ROI methodology. Certified Practitioners completed applied prework, a full-day workshop on the tool and its outputs, and case-based practice debriefing individual and cohort reports, and passed a knowledge assessment. Skills demonstrated include administering ROI Estimator interviews, interpreting domain-level and summary-level outputs, communicating ROI metrics to stakeholders, facilitating report debriefs, and applying confidentiality and ethical standards for responsible use of the tool.
