Earners of the LEADx Certified EQ Facilitator badge are officially certified to facilitate the LEADx EQ Habits™ program. Earners participate in a rigorous workshop with a LEADx expert facilitator (12 hours over multiple days). By the end of the facilitation process, participants have demonstrated mastery of EQ concepts and the LEADx EQ assessment. They have also practiced and prepared to deliver the LEADx EQ Habits workshop to others.

Certification criteria include:

• Experiencing the Emotional Intelligence Habits workshop as a participant
• Mastering the Emotional Intelligence Habits workshop and assessment as a facilitator
• Delivering the program at least once and receiving approval from a LEADx Certified Facilitator
