This training introduces this model and its potential for behavioral health clinical supervision. This workshop will explore the contributors to burnout and compassion fatigue. It will allow participants to identify and acknowledge considerations supervisors can make that will improve healthy work environments, increase staff engagement and assist in the development of staff competencies involved in their roles and responsibilities, but also enhance their ability to acknowledge and manage their internal experiences that limit staffs’ personal and professional self-care and health.
