The 93% Leadership Academy is a structured leadership development programme designed to equip state-educated students with the skills, confidence, and professional networks needed to step into leadership roles — as committee members, vice presidents, treasurers, and founders of 93% Club societies across the UK. The pilot programme was delivered across six sessions in partnership with BCG, EY, and Slaughter & May, and culminated in a closing ceremony and employers roundtable at The Barbican, London. Associates who completed the programme committed to taking on a leadership role at a 93% Club on their campus in 2026/27. The 93% Club exists to level the playing field for state-educated students, and redefine what it means to be state-educated in the UK.
