OSS Red Teamers conduct penetration testing by simulating real world attack scenarios against systems, networks, and applications. They perform structured assessments that begin with reconnaissance and continue through gaining access, moving across systems, and identifying critical weaknesses. Their goal is to build the skills needed to compete at a high level in events like Collegiate Penetration Testing Competition against other universities.
