The goal of this training is to teach participants how to build working AI agents without programming: from understanding how an agent differs from a chatbot, through designing instructions and connecting tools, to a self-built, tested agent for a real task from the participant's own work. Participants will: - understand how an AI agent works (goal, instructions, tools, agent loop) and when an agent makes sense versus when an assistant is enough - design and configure agents in no-code tools - write agent instructions with clear constraints, stop conditions and handling of missing data - test agents, limit their errors and catch hallucinations - build a working agent for a real task from their own work - leave with ready-to-use agent templates and checklists for further use in the company.
