The City of Irving’s Innovation Academy is a 2-day training that equips staff with tools to continuously innovate and improve processes that support both internal operations and the services provided to the community, while also giving participants the opportunity to lead a real project tailored to their team’s needs. This certification is awarded to participants who have completed the training and successfully implemented a process improvement project and reported the outcomes to the City’s Innovation and Performance Office.
