This certificate is a recognition of successful completion of the Change management MAN ES training program, which is provided by Prosci as part of the organizational enterprise license. The Change Management Leading Your Team Through Change Program creates transformational experiences that empower individuals to succeed in change.

At the end of this training, participants will be able to:

• Understand foundational change concepts
• Understand Best Practice Research data and activate roles that contribute to change success
• Apply the Prosci ADKAR Model to facilitate individual change
• Understand how to lead their team though change by embodying the CLARC roles (Communicator, Liaison, Advocate, Resistance Manager, and Coach)
