Grief First Aid for the Workplace is a comprehensive 3-module course aimed at equipping professionals with the skills to support colleagues experiencing bereavement. The participant completed three 4-hour virtual sessions, where they actively engaged in learning how to communicate with compassion, assist colleagues returning to work after a loss, and understand the implementation of workplace bereavement policies. Additionally, they developed practical skills for establishing peer support networks and promoting a compassionate workplace environment.
