Ready, Set, LEAD! is a 9-month leadership development program facilitated by the WNY Women's Foundation. This program is for women who are ready to take the next step into leadership. Ready, Set, LEAD! provides 6 facilitated educational workshops, mentorship with an established community leader, a CliftonStrengths Assessment, a one-on-one coaching session, networking and collaboration, and goal setting.
