Description

This training introduces the RBCS model and its application to behavioral health supervision. Participants will explore contributors to burnout and compassion fatigue, identify supervisory practices that foster healthy work environments, and enhance staff engagement and competency. Through applied exercises and case examples drawn from diverse practice settings—including mental health, substance use, and physical health care—participants will strengthen their capacity to promote resilience, reflection, and sustainable professional practice.
