Assignment

The Capstone Community Impact & Workforce Innovation Project serves as the culminating assignment for the CHW Advisor Academy. Participants identified a real-world community health, workforce, systems, quality improvement, health education, or digital literacy challenge and developed a practical, sustainable solution that demonstrates advanced CHW Advisor competencies.

Test

Passed with 80%. The CHW Advisor Core Competency Assessment evaluates knowledge, leadership readiness, coaching ability, quality improvement awareness, digital literacy, and application of the C3 Core Competencies in advisory roles.
