School Leader Cohort (SLC) is our 15-month cohort for DC-based principals, vice principals, assistant principals, deans, instructional coaches, or an equivalent role. SLC develops exceptional principals and assistant principals so that they inspire staff, disrupt racism, and champion rigorous learning, including:
-fifteen eight-hour sessions over 18 months, for 120 hours
-over 15 1:1 coaching sessions (60 minutes each)
-2 instructional walkthroughs with a coach
-2 core assignments on planning and data meetings
