The State of Utah Leadership Certification Program consists of 150 hours over 9 months, including live and online leadership courses, Crucial Conversations for Accountability™ learner certification, 3 peer-coaching sessions, and a capstone project. Graduates have gained leadership skills, mindsets, and tools in the following competencies: You as a Leader, positive and productive employees, team dynamics and culture, organizational capacity and value, political acumen and networking.
