S2PA is a program offered by Evidence for Democracy for early-career researchers across Canada to receive specialized training in public policy, positioning them as key knowledge brokers and emerging leaders at the science-policy interface. Participants gain foundational knowledge in science policy and governance, and then apply these concepts to specific forms of policy engagement, such as writing briefing notes and participating in pre-budget consultations.
