Description

The JENGA™ Evaluation Learning Cohort is a six-month professional development program designed to build practical evaluation capacity for nonprofit, public sector, and development professionals. Participants completed a structured learning journey through the full evaluation cycle, including developing learning agendas, creating program logic models, designing measurement plans, selecting indicators, building data collection tools, analyzing evidence, and translating findings into actionable recommendations for organizational learning and decision-making. By the end of the program, participants produced a complete evaluation framework that can be adapted and implemented within their own organizations to support continuous improvement and evidence-informed practice.
