School Leader Cohort (SLC) is our 15-month cohort for DC-based principals, vice principals, assistant principals, deans, instructional coaches, or an equivalent role. SLC develops exceptional principals and assistant principals so that they inspire staff, disrupt racism, and champion rigorous learning, including: -twelve eight-hour sessions over 15 months, for 100 hours -over 10 1:1 coaching sessions (60 minutes each) -2 instructional walkthroughs with a coach -2 core assignments on planning and data meetings
