The holder of this badge attended the Revenue Learning Lab, a series of five webinars to build shared understanding of North Carolina’s tax code and how revenue choices shape our communities. Through this five-part training on tax policy, principles and analysis of tax codes, participants learned about the importance of tax policy, key design choices and how to assess adequacy and equity in tax policy as well as national trends and specific tax choices in North Carolina.
