Description

The LeanScaper LeanOps OS: Foundations (Certified Lean Operator) Certification validates that the holder has demonstrated practical understanding and applied implementation of LeanScaper’s operations operating system focused on structure, visibility, and disciplined execution.

This certification is about running a landscape company day to day with clear ownership, stable flow, and operational controls that prevent chaos and protect margin.

Certified Lean Operators are trained to assign Four Pillar ownership, build a cascading LeanBoard structure, define operational thresholds and escalation paths, and spot waste inside job flow before it compounds into delays, rework, and callbacks.

During the certification, participants mapped real job flow breakdown points, quantified the cost of operational drift, designed threshold based controls, and built a Week 1 install plan for daily huddles, weekly ops reviews, and continuous improvement mechanisms.

This certification reflects an operator standard rooted in clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement, not motivational talk or theory.

Assignment

CLARITY Prompt 1: Pillar Ownership Consequences (LANA Prompt Run) Ran the CLARITY prompt and produced a structured consequence map showing what breaks without clear ownership, plus 3 immediate fixes and 3 leading indicators.

Assignment

CLARITY Prompt 2: Job Flow Thresholds and Escalation (LANA Prompt Run) Ran the CLARITY prompt and produced a thresholds and escalation table tied to job flow breakdown points, including owners, escalation path, and same day fixes.

Assignment

CLARITY Prompt 3: Margin Leak Estimate (LANA Prompt Run) Ran the CLARITY prompt and produced an annual margin erosion estimate (stalls, material overage, callbacks), identified the biggest leak, and generated 3 threshold recommendations with owners.

Assignment

LeanBoard Cascade Draft Mapped the cascade (CEO → Pillar Boards → Department Boards → Job Boards → Daily Board) and aligned each board to decision authority.

Assignment

Single Pillar Leadership Operations Install Pack Builder (Guided Conversation Completed) Completed the guided conversation and generated a saved LeanDoc that assigns an Operations Pillar Owner, defines operating cadence, installs 3 thresholds with escalation rules, and includes a 7 day install checklist with 14 day success indicators.

Assignment

Threshold Pack Build Defined 3 operational thresholds (with numbers) tied to the top stall points, including trigger, owner, and escalation path.

Assignment

Escalation Routing Rules Built a clear routing rule set (Crew Manager → PM → Ops Owner → CEO) and defined what stays at each level vs escalates.
