Students completed the Real Estate Feasibility Analysis Seminar, an interdisciplinary experiential learning course focused on real-world real estate development and investment analysis. Throughout the semester, students evaluated development opportunities through market research, financial analysis, sustainability considerations, and community impact assessment. The experience culminated in professional case presentations delivered to a panel of industry judges.
