The Age-Friendly Champion designation recognizes graduates of the Penn State Health Geriatric Scholars Program who have completed an interprofessional program focused on advancing age-friendly and dementia-friendly care for older adults. Scholars build expertise in the 4Ms framework and develop the skills to educate peers, influence practice, and champion meaningful improvements in care.
