Cloud Security with FortiGate Mastery is an immersive, hands-on on-the-job training experience focused on building real-world skills in Azure and multi-cloud infrastructure security. Participants design and deploy production-grade environments using FortiGate NGFW, Microsoft Azure, Intune, FSLogix, Windows Server AD, GitHub Actions, and Splunk — guided by a lead architect in real time. This experience simulates the day-to-day work of a cloud security engineer, including VPN tunneling between Azure and AWS, AVD and Intune integration, Active Directory as DNS, secure app hosting with private SQL, traffic routing with UDRs, NSG enforcement, Splunk-based SIEM logging, and Zero Trust access control with Entra ID and Conditional Access. Each learner is treated as an engineer and is expected to plan, deploy, and secure infrastructure aligned with real business needs and compliance standards like GDPR, RBI, and FCA.
