Earners of the Leadership Essentials II Badge must first complete Leadership Essentials I. This Level 2 badge builds on the Level 1 foundation. Level 2 consists of six additional LEADx courses, each designed to help learners master critical leadership skills. These may include skills such as Strategic Vision, Psychological Safety, and Leading Change. Earners develop confidence in their ability to influence others, motivate and engage their team members, and think strategically.

• 6 courses covering 6 skills needed for highly effective first-line leadership
• Weekly micro-learning exercises and behavioral nudges
• Regular access to an expert coach
