The holder of this certificate attended a series of workshops focused on the development of a growth mindset and the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into teaching practices. The workshops took place on March 24, 25, and 26, 2025.
These sessions were held as part of a collaborative partnership between AUCA and Universidad de Los Andes, Colombia.
The workshop series included three sessions. The first introduced neuroplasticity and how the brain’s ability to change supports the transformation of beliefs and learning behaviors. The second focused on the link between emotions and learning, offering reflective activities to build emotional awareness and regulation—essential for fostering a growth mindset. The final session explored how Generative AI could contribute to designing and implementing feedback strategies within a Growth Mindset (GM) and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) framework. Participants examined how AI tools could be leveraged to provide timely, personalized, and growth-oriented feedback aligned with these principles.
