This non-certified course trains individuals to respond aggressively to hazardous materials or WMD incidents by using a risk-based response process to analyze, plan, implement, evaluate, and adjust actions at the point of release, with the goal of stopping the release through techniques such as plugging, patching, or containment, refferencing NFPA 472, 1072 and OSHA CFR 1910.120(q)(6)(iii) standards.
