About the program - The Waves of Leadership The Waves of Leadership is an internal skill development program focused on enhancing leadership skills and providing tools for immediate implementation in the day-to-day job. The program consists of interactive workshops during which participants will challenge their thinking, self-reflect, and put the learnt concepts into practice. The focus of the program is to support participants with the implementation of the key takeaways into their day-to-day work. Each workshop features: - Pre & post workshop skills self-evaluation to benchmark the progress and shine the light on areas that might require improvement. - One-on-one coaching session with the facilitator to review the action plan created during the workshop, chat about the progress with implementation of the learnt strategies and discuss what additional support is needed moving forward.
