The webinar has covered the topics of cryopreservation and in vitro culture of feline, ovine and bovine oocytes, focusing on cutting-edge techniques, and it has featured renewed Speakers from several European Institutions. The webinar had began with the presentation of the first results of the project “Bioengineered 3D ovarian follicle for biodiversity preservation - Bio3versity”. The project aims to develop a 3D system for animal biodiversity preservation, combining innovative strategies of cryopreservation and in vitro culture of animal female germplasm, and it is supported by National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), M4.C2.1.1, Call N. 1409 published on 14.9.2022 by the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MUR), funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU – Project “Bio3versity” (P2022PRFM7, CUP G53D23007780001).
