As a member of the UEBS Alumni Mentoring Programme, the badge recipient has provided motivation and encouragement to students as they develop their network outside of university, and advised their mentees on their own experiences regarding self-leadership, building resilience and finding a balance between working and personal life. Furthermore, the mentor has provided career support for their mentees by advising them on the reality of working in certain jobs or sectors, and sharing their insights on what employers are looking for.
